Este artículo examina el potencial de incorporación de Agentes de Inteligencia Artificial (IA) en la Administración de Justicia española, analizando tanto el marco normativo vigente como las posibilidades técnicas actuales. La investigación parte de un análisis exhaustivo de la legislación aplicable, incluyendo la reciente normativa sobre actuaciones automatizadas en el ámbito judicial, y explora las capacidades específicas de los sistemas de IA modernos para asistir en tareas administrativas y procesales. Se analizan en detalle las posibilidades de aplicación en tres áreas fundamentales: la gestión y tramitación de procedimientos, la documentación y certificación, y el registro y clasificación de información. El estudio aborda también los desafíos técnicos y operativos, con especial atención a la seguridad, transparencia y evolución de los sistemas. Se propone una estrategia de adopción gradual que equilibra la innovación tecnológica con las garantías procesales fundamentales. Las conclusiones sugieren que la incorporación de Agentes IA, mediante una introducción cuidadosamente planificada y supervisada, puede contribuir significativamente a la eficiencia y modernización del sistema judicial español, siempre manteniendo el criterio humano como elemento central en la toma de decisiones
This article examines the potential for the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Agents into the Spanish Justice Administration, analyzing both the current regulatory framework and existing technical possibilities. The research begins with an exhaustive analysis of the applicable legislation, including recent regulations on automated actions within the judicial sphere, and explores the specific capabilities of modern AI systems to assist in administrative and procedural tasks. The possibilities for application are analyzed in detail across three fundamental areas: the management and processing of procedures, documentation and certification, and the registration and classification of information. The study also addresses technical and operational challenges, with special attention to security, transparency, and system evolution. A strategy of gradual adoption is proposed that balances technological innovation with fundamental procedural guarantees. The conclusions suggest that the incorporation of AI Agents, through a carefully planned and supervised introduction, can significantly contribute to the efficiency and modernization of the Spanish judicial system, always maintaining human judgment as a central element in decision-making.
