La dificultad de una interpretación adecuada de la jerarquía ontológica entre espacio, fuerza y materia expresada en Metaphysische Anfangsgründe der Naturwissenschaft (MAN) queda de manifiesto en traducciones equívocas que, con frecuencia, se han ofrecido de fragmentos claves de ese texto. En este trabajo, pretendemos contribuir a la solución de ese problema. El artículo consta de dos partes: en la primera parte comparamos distintas traducciones de un párrafo clave de MAN, párrafo en que Kant expresa la jerarquía ontológica entre espacio, fuerza y materia. Discutimos las distintas interpretaciones de ese párrafo y mostramos que existe una interpretación que no entra en contradicción con ningún aspecto de la filosofía trascendental. En la segunda parte de este artículo ofrecemos una lectura detallada de MAN que sustenta nuestra interpretación.
The difficulty of a correct interpretation of the ontological understanding between space, nature and material in the Metaphysics principles of natural science (MAN) manifests itself in erroneous translations of this text that are often offered. In this work, we aim at contributing to the solution of this problem. The article consists of its parts: in the first part we compare distinct translations of a key part of MAN, by which Kant expresses the ontological understanding between space, nature and material. We discuss the distinct interpretations of those who understand that there exists an interpretation that does not contradict any aspect of the transcendental philosophy. In the second part of this article we offer a detailed reading by MANthat supports our new interpretation.
