The research is focused on the design and structuring of a model for the allocation of shared resources, both work and non-consumable resources, for the development and control of projects in telecommunications companies. The structure is based on the criteria and algorithm of simultaneous scheduling, defining the rules of allocation and dispatch, with the objective of establishing the efficient use of the resources required in projects for the supply of telecommunications services, taking into account the social impact, management times, risk, service levels and costs and revenues of the project. In addition, a model was developed to facilitate, by means of a composite system, the prioritization of projects that generate the greatest social impact.
La investigación está enfocada en el diseño y estructuración de un modelo para la asignación de recursos compartidos, tanto de trabajo como de recursos no consumibles, para el desarrollo y control de proyectos en empresas de telecomunicaciones. La estructura se fundamenta en los criterios y algoritmia de Scheduling simultáneo definiendo las reglas de asignación y despacho, lo anterior, con el objetivo de establecer la utilización eficiente de los recursos requeridos en proyectos de suministro de servicios de telecomunicaciones, teniendo en cuenta el impacto social, los tiempos de gestión, riesgo, niveles de servicio y costos e ingresos del proyecto. Adicionalmente se elaboró un modelo que facilita mediante un sistema compuesto el establecer la prioridad de asignación en los proyectos que generen mayor impacto social.
