This research aims to explore the experiences of Public Security agents working in the Maria da Penha Patrol on the coast of Paraná. Through their narratives, the study seeks to understand how the fight against violence against women is being carried out, the daily challenges encountered by the agents, and the dynamics of their work. A comprehensive qualitative methodology was employed, with data collected through semi-structured interviews and organized using NVIVO software. The results are presented through the statements of the interviewed professionals, which helped reveal how they perceive the quality of services provided to women facing violence in the coastal region of Paraná. From these perspectives, several demands were identified, contributing to the mapping of competencies and to planning actions aimed at empowering women who are victims of aggression.
