    Este trabajo pretende exponer sobre los neuroderechos y el proyecto de ley en tramitación, considerando las neurotecnologías, el estado actual del proyecto y sus comentarios, junto a cuestiones jurídicas y éticas sobre la regulación, la privacidad, el consentimiento, la autodeterminación y la salud del cerebro. Descartadas las nociones sobre neuroderechos, parece necesario reorientar la discusión desde una mirada muy reticente sobre neurotecnologías hacia una visión más realista y responsable.

    This article seeks to discuss neurorights and the current bill being considered, considering neurotechnologies, the current state of the bill and its discussion, as well as legal and ethical issues regarding the regulation, privacy, consent, self-determination and the brain’s health. When setting aside notions of neurorights, it seems necessary to readjust the discussion from a resistant view on neurotechnologies to a more realist and responsible perspective.
