El presente articulo tiene como objetivo analizar desde perspectivas teóricas interdisciplinarias la reconfiguración identitaria en procesos migratorios y cómo se visibilizan transformaciones significativas, representativas y simbólicas. La naturaleza es de carácter descriptiva-analítica, cuya fuente de información deriva de revisiones bibliográficas, del estado del arte de investigaciones científicas de la temática. Para ello, se establecen tres consideraciones conceptuales: a) la noción identitaria como eje dinámico, múltiple y multidimensional; b) las perspectivas teóricas y tendencias sobre las identidades en los migrantes; y c) las migraciones como elemento que reconfigura las identidades, dando cuenta de las dimensiones experienciales, diferenciales: pasado, presente y futuro. Los hallazgos epistemológicos, demuestran que los migrantes configuran su propia estructura sintética (tiempo y espacio), a partir del razonamiento de las propias realidades y vivencias. Un ejercicio político que genera reorganizaciones subjetivas, individuales/colectiva. Entendiendo así, que estos procesos no deberían ser reducidos a cifras, a problemas geoestratégicos o a las perspectivas occidentales y etnocéntricas.
The present article aims to analyze the identity reconfiguration in migratory processes from interdisciplinary theoretical perspectives and how significant, representative, and symbolic transformations are visible. The nature is descriptive-analytical, whose source of information derives from bibliographic reviews, the state of the art of scientific research, and theoretical developments of the subject: a) the notion of identity as a dynamic, multiple, and multidimensional axis; b) theoretical perspectives and trends on identities in migrants; and c) migrations as an element that reconfigures identities, accounting for the experiential, differential dimensions: past, present, and future. The epistemological findings show that migrants configure their synthetic structure (time and space), based on the reasoning of their realities and experiences. A political exercise that generates subjective, individual/collective reorganizations. Understanding that these processes should not be reduced to figures, geostrategic problems, or Western and ethnocentric perspectives
