El texto examina la labor de dos de las y los relatores especiales del Consejo de Derechos Humanos de la ONU –en concreto, el (la) relator especial sobre el derecho humano a un medio ambiente limpio, sano y sostenible, y el (la) relator especial sobre sobre la promoción y protección de los derechos humanos en el contexto del cambio climático− con el fin de valorar en qué medida el enfoque y los avances logrados pueden contribuir a fortalecer los derechos de la naturaleza y la justicia ecológica, objetivos del proyecto Speak4Nature.
The text examines the work of two of the Special Rapporteurs of the UN Human Rights Council, namely the Special Rapporteur on the human right to a clean, healthy and sustainable environment, and the Special Rapporteur on the promotion and protection of human rights in the context of climate change, in order to assess the extent to which the approach and progress achieved can contribute to strengthening the rights of nature and ecological justice, the objectives of the Speak4Nature project.
