Este estudio propone un modelo que combina Minería de Texto y Análisis de Componentes Principales para evaluar opiniones sobre transporte urbano y rural en redes sociales. Utilizando diccionarios argumentativos, se analizan las emociones transmitidas en los textos, lo que permite decisiones basadas en necesidades reales de los usuarios. A partir de 28,000 comentarios, se identifican patrones clave, riesgos y tendencias en los sentimientos, con una evolución de opiniones negativas hacia positivas. Temas como seguridad, justicia social, accesibilidad y sostenibilidad ambiental son abordados, integrando aspectos económicos en el análisis. La inteligencia artificial contribuye a un enfoque integral para la toma de decisiones. Este enfoque destaca por su capacidad de cuantificar y cualificar percepciones, lo que facilita acciones preventivas y correctivas. La combinación de diccionarios argumentativos, estigmergia social e inteligencia artificial ofrece una perspectiva completa, adaptable a diversos contextos, y orientada a mejorar la calidad de vida mediante la mejora del transporte.
This study presents a model that combines Text Mining and Principal Component Analysis to evaluate opinions on urban and rural transportation expressed on social media. Argumentative dictionaries are used to analyze the emotions conveyed in the texts, enabling decisions based on users’ real needs. From 28,000 comments, key patterns, risks, and trends in sentiment are identified, showing a shift from negative to positive opinions over time. Topics such as safety, social justice, accessibility, and environmental sustainability are addressed, with economic aspects integrated into the analysis. Artificial intelligence contributes to a comprehensive approach to decision-making. This method stands out for its ability to quantify and qualify perceptions, facilitating preventive and corrective actions. The fusion of argumentative dictionaries, social stigmergy, and artificial intelligence offers a complete perspective, adaptable to various contexts, and aimed at improving the quality of life through better transportation.
