Esta investigación busca mejorar la gestión académica mediante una aplicación web y móvil, los objetivos: reducir el tiempo en el registro de matrículas, control de asistencias y registro de notas. Con un diseño experimental puro y 30 registros en cada grupo, se utiliza una ficha de registro como instrumento. Los resultados muestran una reducción del 20% en el tiempo de registro de matrículas, 88% en el control de asistencias, y 75% en el registro de notas gracias a la implementación de la aplicación, estos hallazgos indican mejoras sustanciales en la gestión académica.
This research aimed to enhance academic management through a web and mobile application, targeting three key objectives: reducing time in enrollment registration, attendance control, and recording of grades. Utilizing a pure experimental design with 30 registrations in each group, the study employed a registration form as the data collection instrument. The results were notable: enrollment registration time was reduced by 20%, attendance control by 88%, and grade recording by 75%. These findings indicate significant improvements in academic management efficiency due to the application’s implementation.
