La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el sistema de gestión hospitalaria Hosix y el proceso administrativo de una clínica de Trujillo en el año 2023. Se utilizó el enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental de corte transversal correlacional simple; se tuvo una muestra de 5190 datos que fueron analizados durante los meses de mayo a diciembre del 2022. Los resultados mostraron que el uso del sistema Hosix se mantuvo en un nivel aceptable, teniendo en sus indicadores transacciones efectuadas y personas atendidas un 50% por encima del promedio, a diferencia del proceso administrativo que tenía algunas áreas de mejora que se evidenciaba en el indicador registros mal llenados, con un 59% por encima del promedio. Con la ayuda de la prueba no paramétrica de Spearman, se concluyó que no llegó a existir una relación entre las variables uso del sistema de gestión hospitalaria Hosix y el proceso administrativo.
The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the Hosix hospital management system and the administrative process of a clinic in Trujillo in the year 2023. The quantitative approach and simple correlational crosssectional non-experimental design were used; There was a sample of 5,190 data that was analyzed during the months of May to December 2022. The results showed that the use of the Hosix system remained at an acceptable level, with transactions carried out and people served being 50% higher in its indicators. of the average, unlike the administrative process that had some areas of improvement that were evident in the incorrectly filled out records indicator, with 59% above the average. With the help of Spearman’s non-parametric test, it was concluded that there was no relationship between the variables use of the Hosix hospital management system and the administrative process.
