La pandemia por el COVID 19 ha dado obligado a muchas instituciones educativas a implementar el e-learning para conservar una educación continua y efectiva, lo que ha dado paso a una nueva era de la educación. El estudio de investigación buscó establecer la aplicación de e-learning en centros de educación técnico-productiva (CETPRO) en tiempos de pandemia. Teniendo como bases teóricas la gestión académica y las tecnologías de la información y comunicación (TIC). El tipo de metodología aplicada es de enfoque cuantitativo de corte transversal y diseño descriptivo. La muestra conformada por 21 docentes y 144 estudiantes, el cuestionario permitió la recolección de datos con 44 ítems, con un coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach de 0,945, la validación del instrumento fue dada mediante juicio de expertos. El estudio detectó condiciones para la aplicación de e-learning en centros de educación técnico-productiva con un nivel bueno 60.0%, nivel medio con un 40.0% como sus dimensiones recursos educativos, competencias digitales y convivencia digital.
The COVID 19 pandemic has forced many educational institutions to implement e-learning to maintain continuous and effective education, which has ushered in a new era of education. The research study sought to establish the application of e-learning in technical-productive education centers (CETPRO) in times of pandemic. Having as theoretical bases academic management and information and communication technologies (ICT). The type of methodology applied is a cross-sectional quantitative approach and descriptive design. The sample made up of 21 teachers and 144 students, the questionnaire allowed the collection of data with 44 items, with a Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient of 0.945, the validation of the instrument was given by expert judgment. The study detected conditions for the application of e-learning in technical-productive education centers with a good level 60.0%, medium level with 40.0% as its dimensions educational resources, digital skills and digital coexistence.
