La siguiente investigación realizada fue Identificar las estrategias de liderazgo en la gestión empresarial y su efecto en la motivación de los colaboradores de laEmpacadora “DUFER , cantón Sucre, la base del trabajo de esta investigación fue recurrir a fuentes bibliográficas primarias y secundarias, las cuales permitieron fundamentar la investigación, los métodos utilizados fueron Inductivo – Deductivo, analítico, sintético, histórico, lógico , Observación, técnicas como la encuesta y la entrevista. Desde los resultado se pudo constatar que el personal de la Empacadora se siente comprometido, motivado y sus directivos, que están siendo valorado y apoyados en sus tareas diarias y que les están dando la oportunidad de crecer y desarrollarse laboralmente y profesionalmente, se sienten satisfechos en su mayoría en la forma como lidera su jefe inmediato con cierta autoridad para el cumplimiento de normas reglas y tareas encomendadas pero a la vez se muestra participativo y democrático con lo justo.
The following research was to identify leadership strategies in business management and its effect on the motivation of employees of the Packaging Company “DUFER, canton Sucre, the basis of the work of this research was to use primary and secondary bibliographic sources, which allowed to base the research, the methods used were Inductive - Deductive, analytical, synthetic, historical, logical, observation, techniques such as survey and interview. From the results it could be seen that the personnel of the packing plant feel committed, motivated and their managers, that they are being valued and supported in their daily tasks and that they are being given the opportunity to grow and develop professionally and professionally, they feel satisfied mostly in the way their immediate boss leads with certain authority for the fulfillment of rules and tasks entrusted but at the same time they are participative and democratic with what is fair.
