Resumen de El Grupo de Trabajo de Fondos Personales de la Conferencia de Archivos de las Universidades Españolas: (Almagro, 2010 - Bilbao, 2019)

  Este artículo recoge la historia del Grupo de trabajo de Fondos Personales de la CAU desde 2010, fecha de su creación hasta 2019, fecha de su disolución. El objetivo fundamental del Grupo fue la elaboración de un cuadro de clasificación para los fondos personales conservados en las universidades españolas, una herramienta común que permitiese la organización de estos fondos y que facilitase su tratamiento técnico. La metodología de trabajo ha consistido en recoger y argumentar las aportaciones, presentaciones e informes que realizó el Grupo en las distintas Asambleas de la CAU a lo largo de los años de existencia del Grupo y presentar los objetivos, metodologías de trabajo y reflexiones planteadas a lo largo de este tiempo. Como conclusión, tanto para la existencia del Grupo como para este trabajo, con la elaboración del cuadro de clasificación común, la guía para su aplicación, las fichas para la identificación y descripción de las series y la relación de tipologías documentales, se pretendía llenar el vacío existente sobre el tratamiento archivístico de este tipo de fondos y facilitar el trabajo de archiveros y archiveras que tuvieran que dedicarse a organizarlos en el presente y en el futuro.

  Tis article covers the history of the CAU Personal Papers Working Group from 2010, the date of its creation, to 2019, the date of its dissolution. The main objective of the group was to draw up a classification scheme for the personal papers held in Spanish universities, a common tool that would allow the organization of these fonds and facilitate their technical treatment. The work methodology has consisted of collecting and arguing the contributions, presentations and reports made by the Working Group in the different Assemblies of the CAU throughout the years of existence of the group and presenting the objectives, work methodologies and reflections raised throughout this time. In conclusion, both for the existence of the group and for this work, with the elaboration of the common classification scheme, the guide for its application, the files for the identification and description of the series and the list of documentary typologies, it was intended to fill the existing gap regarding the archival treatment of this type of fonds and to facilitate the work of archivists who had to dedicate themselves to organizing them in the present and in the future.
