La historia de la civilización refleja la evolución de la cultura humana, caracterizada por transformaciones sorprendentes. Actualmente, nos encontramos en un periodo ‘postécnico’, ligado a la posmodernidad. La interacción entre humanos y técnica ha dado lugar a una nueva forma de artefactualidad, marcada por la inteligencia artificial, que redefine nuestra era tecno-científica. Estamos avanzando hacia realidades transhumanas y poshumanas, buscando desarrollar una inteligencia artificial general que impactará el discurso jurídico contemporáneo. Los sistemas jurídicos actuales están diseñados para un mundo analógico y podrían enfrentar una crisis al convivir con entidades de inteligencia artificial. El transhumanismo desafía la ciencia jurídica mediante tecnologías NBIC, destinadas a mejorar al ser humano. Además, la creación de máquinas inteligentes o “no-cosas” está cambiando nuestras interacciones sociales. Si estas “no-cosas” adquieren características humanas, podríamos ver un cambio significativo en nuestra concepción de la humanidad y las relaciones sociales.
The history of civilization reflects the evolution of human culture, characterized by surprising transformations. Currently, we find ourselves in a ‘post-technical’ period, linked to postmodernity. The interaction between humans and technology has given rise to a new form of artifactality, marked by artificial intelligence, which redefines our techno-scientific era. We are moving toward transhuman and posthuman realities, seeking to develop general artificial intelligence that will impact contemporary legal discourse. Current legal systems are designed for an analog world and may face a crisis when coexisting with entities of artificial intelligence. Transhumanism challenges legal science through NBIC technologies aimed at enhancing humanity. Additionally, the creation of intelligent machines or “non-things” is changing our social interactions. If these “non-things” acquire human-like characteristics, we could see a significant shift in our conception of humanity and social relationships.
