The article analyzes the competence titles that allow the State and the Autonomous Communities to undertake the protection and integration of unaccompanied foreign minors whose number in our country has been growing in recent months. This has given rise to a legal/political debate in relation, among others, to the competence on the distribution of these minors among the Autonomous Communities
