Los poderes de representación otorgados por personas vulnerables se insertan en el nuevo marco diseñado por la Ley 8/2022 como medida voluntaria de apoyo y en la perspectiva de ratificación del Convenio de la Haya de 2000 sobre protección de Adultos, que mejora y por tanto cambia la regulación contenida en los artículos 9.6.2. y 10 .11 del Código civil.
The powers of attorney granted by vulnerable people are part of the new framework designed by Law 8/2022 as a voluntary support measure and in the perspective of ratification of the 2000 Hague Convention on the Protection of Adults, which improves and therefore changes the regulation contained in articles 9.6.2. and 10.11 of the Civil Code.
