This article analyses, without claiming to be exhaustive, the possible implications in the current set-up of the use of AI applied to decision-making processes such as decisions in judicial matters and those taken by the employer, with the relevance of the management of the judge in civil proceedings in the former case and the employer in the latter.However, the central element in the present study appears to be the reasoning employed and the interpretation of the facts and the law - which is the solution that makes rights incalculable
