Los procesos de crecimiento económico y social se inician a partir de la ejecución de los derechos sociales, económicos y culturales, uno de ellos es el empleo el cual genera sostenibilidad, recursos, dignidad, estabilidad y bienestar a los asociados de un Estado social de derecho dado a que permite la manutención, aportes al sistema de seguridad social y protección social del individuo y familias. De esta manera el presente artículo científico tiene como objetivo describir los elementos del desarrollo económico social a partir de la garantía constitucional de derecho al empleo, utilizando la metodología basada en la investigación hermenéutico documental, por medio de técnicas de análisis documental y revisión bibliográfica, presentando en sus resultados, la existencia de soluciones en torno a la relación entre la protección formal del derecho al trabajo y su materialización en materia de empleo en Colombia, así como también relación entre el derecho al trabajo y la tasa de empleo en el Estado, al igual que el fortalecimiento de la empresa. Se concluye que la protección de la normatividad laboral a través de prestaciones sociales, aseguramiento, permanencia, estabilidad, salario, seguridad y salud en el trabajo, ayuda al crecimiento de carácter emocional, familiar y comunitario del personal.
The processes of economic and social growth begin with the execution of social, economic and cultural rights, one of which is employment, which generates sustainability, resources, dignity, stability and well-being for the members of a social State of law, since it allows for maintenance, contributions to the social security system and social protection of the individual and family. In this way, the present scientific article aims to describe the elements of social economic development based on the constitutional guarantee of the right to employment, using the methodology based on hermeneutic documentary research, through documentary analysis techniques and bibliographic review, presenting in its results the existence of solutions regarding the relationship between the formal protection of the right to work and its materialization in terms of employment in Colombia, as well as the relationship between the right to work and the employment rate in the State, as well as the strengthening of the company. It is concluded that the protection of labor regulations through social benefits, insurance, permanence, stability, salary, safety and health at work, helps the emotional, family and community growth of the staff
