    El llamado caso del crudo iraní en Chile supuso un intenso debate jurídico y político criminal en el país. De una inicial condena (simbólica), se llegó a una total absolución por consideraciones jurídicas de interés, al considerar atípicas las conductas desplegadas por ejecutivos de la Empresa Nacional de Petróleo (ENAP), en base a consideraciones de tipicidad y lesividad. El artículo pretende explorar y valorar brevemente esas consideraciones.

    The so-called Iranian crude case in Chile caused an intense debate in the country, for legal and criminal policy reasons. From an initial (symbolic) conviction, a total acquittal for legal considerations of interest was reached, considering atypical the behavior of executives of the National Petroleum Company (ENAP), based on considerations given by the harm principle and legality. The article aims to explore and analyze these considerations briefly.
