Sin duda, uno de los grandes problemas que enfrentamos en México y en el mundo es el comportamiento del ser humano en las actividades que se desarrollan al interactuar y esto genera una gran desconfianza y, con ello, la actitud violenta que asumimos, además de una falta de racionalidad y valores, que se han convertido en uno de los problemas principales que dan nacimiento a una violación constante y reiterada de los derechos humanos.
El presente artículo tiene como objetivo principal establecer el impacto de la reforma constitucional en México en 2011, los alcances que se pretenden abordar para su aplicación práctica, tomando como método principal el científico que parte de la observación imperante en nuestra sociedad, los principales problemas que enfrentamos, tal y como lo demuestran las estadísticas del índice global por la paz y la Encuesta Nacional de Victimización y Percepción sobre Seguridad Pública (Envipe), que da como resultado, entre otros indicadores, la falta de confianza y concluye con una propuesta. El inductivo, deductivo, histórico, comparativo y el dialectico, llegando a la conclusión de la importancia que representa en nuestro país esta reforma y esa nueva visión con la que debemos trabajar para poder hacer de su implementación una nueva realidad en materia de derechos humanos.
Undoubtedly, one of the great problems we face in Mexico and in the world is the behavior of human beings in the activities that are developed when interacting and this generates a great distrust and, with it, the violent attitude that we assume, in addition to a lack of rationality and values, which have become one of the main problems that give birth to a constant and repeated violation of human rights. The main objective of this article is to establish the impact of the constitutional reform in Mexico in 2011, the scopes that are intended to be addressed for its practical application, taking as main method the scientific one that starts from the prevailing observation in our society, the main problems we face, as shown by the statistics of the global index for peace and the National Survey of Victimization and Perception on Public Safety (Envipe), which results, among other indicators, the lack of trust and concludes with a proposal. The inductive, deductive, historical, comparative and dialectic, reaching the conclusion of the importance that this reform represents in our country and that new vision with which we must work to make its implementation a new reality in terms of human rights.
