La relevancia del estudio se debe al problema de establecer la exactitud del contenido de las normas jurídicas. En consecuencia, existe la necesidad de definir una nueva forma de explicarlas, aplicarlas y comprenderlas. El propósito del artículo es realizar un análisis teórico y jurídico del textualismo como teoría de interpretación de las normas jurídicas. La investigación utilizó métodos como el análisis, la deducción, la inducción, el análisis comparativo y otros. Al tomar la investigación a través del prisma de la doctrina del textualismo en la interpretación de las normas jurídicas, los autores demostraron que la eficacia de este método es capaz de restaurar el contenido semántico del texto, lo que ayuda a aclarar el significado de las normas de manera efectiva y consistente. Concluyeron que el método en estudio podría ser aplicable en la práctica jurídica para revelar la construcción de normas jurídicas, lo que multiplica las posibilidades de proporcionar una revelación precisa del contenido jurídico de la norma. En el curso del estudio, los autores realizaron un análisis de la experiencia internacional para revelar la importancia de este método en su uso en la elaboración de leyes y la práctica de aplicación de la ley. Destacaron que la importancia especial del textualismo reside en su aplicación en la práctica jurídica, concretamente en los tribunales. En este sentido, los especialistas analizaron las normas de la legislación vigente, concretamente las disposiciones de la Constitución, las resoluciones del Tribunal Constitucional de Ucrania y otros actos normativos. El valor práctico de los resultados radica en la identificación de una nueva forma de interpretación de las normas, que brindará una oportunidad futura para aumentar el nivel de aplicación efectiva de la legislación vigente
The relevance of the study is due to the problem of establishing the accuracy of the content of legal norms. Accordingly, there is a need to define a new way to explain, apply and understand them. The purpose of the article is to carry out a theoretical and legal analysis of textualism as a theory of interpretation of legal norms. The research used such methods as analysis, deduction, induction, comparative analysis and others. Taking the research through the prism of the doctrine of textualism in the interpretation of legal norms, the authors demonstrated that the effectiveness of this method is capable of restoring the semantic content of the text, which helps to clarify the meaning of the norms effectively and consistently. They found that the method under study could be applicable in legal practice to disclose the construction of legal norms, which multiply chances to provide accurate disclosure of the legal content of the norm. In the course of the study, the authors carried out an analysis of international experience to reveal the importance of this method in its use in law making and law enforcement practice. They emphasized that the special importance of textualism lies in its application in legal practice, namely by the courts. In accordance with this, the specialists carried out analysis of the norms of the current legislation, namely the provisions of the Constitution, the Decisions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and other regulatory acts. The practical value of the results lies in the identification of a new way of interpreting the norms, which will provide a future opportunity to increase the level of effective law enforcement of the current legislation
