    El propósito de la investigación estuvo dirigido a analizar la Gestión de Vinculación entre los Institutos Universitarios Tecnológicos y el Sector Productivo a través los Programas de Pasantías Industriales. Se efectuó un estudio de carácter descriptivo en la modalidad de campo, para lo cual se selecciono una muestra no probabilística intencional formada por un total de 100 sujetos. Los resultados del estudio evidenciaron deficiencias en los procesos a nivel de ambos sectores, las cuales impiden que la vinculación a través de los Programas de Pasantías Industriales se efectúe de manera efectiva. El análisis sirvió de base para proponer lineamientos estratégicos que contribuyan a mejorar la gestión.

    The purpose of the research was aimed at analyzing the Linkage Management between Technological University Institutes and the Productive Sector through Industrial Internship Programs. A descriptive study was carried out in the field modality, for which an intentional non-probabilistic sample consisting of a total of 100 subjects was selected. The results of the study showed deficiencies in the processes at the level of both sectors, which prevent the linkage through the Industrial Internship Programs from being carried out effectively. The analysis served as the basis for proposing strategic guidelines that contribute to improving management.
