En el año 2003 se cumple el primer lustro de circulación de TELOS. Comienza a editarse en 1999 semestralmente y a partir del 2001, cuatrimestralmente. Mantiene canje con revistas Mexicanas, Brasileñas, Italianas y Españolas, además de las múltiples revistas de las universidades Venezolanas. En su quinto año de circulación, TELOS aspira a aparecer registrada en nuevos índices internacionales, ampliar su vinculación con otras instituciones a través del canje y consolidar la calidad de su arbitraje
The year 2003 marks the first five years of circulation of TELOS. It began to be published in 1999 semiannually and from 2001 onwards, quarterly. It maintains exchange with Mexican, Brazilian, Italian and Spanish magazines, in addition to the multiple magazines of Venezuelan universities. In its fifth year of circulation, TELOS aspires to be registered in new international indices, expand its links with other institutions through exchange and consolidate the quality of its arbitration
