La exposición, síntesis de la obra del mismo nombre (Editorial Jurídica Venezolana, 2012), presentada en la Academia de Buenos Aires, enuncia las violaciones constitucionales que con propósitos de mutación del orden constitucional –de allí sus purificaciones mediante actos judiciales– ocurren desde el momento en que asume el poder Hugo Chávez Frías, el 2 de marzo de 1999, hasta su muerte. Y las ocurridas luego, en 2013, para asegurar la ilegítima e inconstitucional sucesión por Nicolás Maduro Moros. Se trata de 180 típicos golpes de Estado, que ocurren bajo los cánones del llamado Socialismo del siglo XX o mediante el avance hacia la dictadura por los caminos de la democracia y la “reforma judicial” de la Constitución, ajustándola a las finalistas del propósito revolucionario y autoritario en curso.
This Presentation, a synthesis of the book with the same title (Editorial Jurídica Venezolana), delivered at the Academy in Buenos Aires, enounces the constitutional violations occurred in Venezuela due to the mutation of the constitutional order – from there its purification by means of judicial decisions –that began when Hugo Chávez Frías assumed power on February 2, 1999, until his death. As well as the changes occurred later in 2013, in order to assure its illegitimate and unconstitutional succession by Nicolás Maduro. It is about 180 typical coup d’État, that have occurred following the cannons of the so-called XXI Century Socialism, in order to pursue dictatorship through democratic ways and by means of the “judicial reform” of the Constitution adjusting it for the purposes of a revolutionary and autocratic project.
