    El Centro de Estudio Situacional de la Nación fue creado con la intención de proveerle al Poder Ejecutivo Nacional toda información que facilite la toma de decisiones estratégicas para proteger los intereses y objetivos vitales de la Nación, y para facilitar la ejecución de las políticas públicas y el cumplimiento de los cometidos esenciales del Estado. Revisando el articulado del Decreto que lo crea surgen interrogantes acerca de si su articulado viola o no el derecho de la libertad de expresión y del debido proceso.

    The Center of Situational Study of the Nation was created with the intention of providing the National Executive Power with all the information to facilitate the taking of strategic decisions to protect the vital interests and objectives of the Nation, and to facilitate the execution of public powers and the compliance of the essential tasks of the State. Reviewing the provisions of the Decree that creates such center, questions arise as to whether its provisions infringe or not the right of freedom of speech and due process
