La escultura sitúa sus valores fundamentales en la búsqueda, definición y proyección de la forma y del volumen, articulados y organizados en el espacio. Pero antes de mostrar las tres dimensiones estos valores, el proceso artístico del escultor se inicia con los bocetos, los cuales nacen de una idea que entronca directamente con los sentimientos y vivencias del artista.
En este trabajo se mostrará la historia de la familia Unghetti, los estilos artísticos y las técnicas en escultura por Constantino Unghetti, así como su obra en Castellar y su legado. Seguidamente se presentará la donación realizada por Paz Unghetti tanto al municipio de Castellar como al Instituto de Estudios Giennenses.
Y, por último, se mostrarán numerosos trabajos, tanto en relieve como en bulto redondo, de obras de Constantino Unghetti en pequeño formato a lo largo de su carrera profesional.
The sculpture places its fundamental values in the search, definition and projection of form and volume, articulated and organized in space. But before showing these values in three dimensions, the sculptor’s artistic process begins with sketches, which are born from an idea that is directly related to the artist’s feelings and experiences.
This work will show the history of the Unghetti family, the artistic styles and techniques in sculpture by Constantino Unghetti, as well as his work in Castellar and his legacy. Next, the donation made by Paz Unghetti to both the municipality of Castellar and the Instituto de Estudios Giennenses will be presented.
And finally, numerous works will be shown, both in relief and in the round, of works by Constantino Unghetti in small format throughout his professional career.
