The body of the black woman in much of the literature has been represented by others who have narrated her body as a sexualized, invisible and marginalized object. But at the same time, authors have emerged who propose new narratives. This is how this article analyzes the ways in which the body of the black woman is represented in the Colombian novels Las estrellas son negras (1949) by the author Arnolfo Palacios and Boca saltada (2021) by the author Jorge Iván Jaramillo.
