El nuevo Código de las Familias dispone la modificación,entre otras, de la Ley del Registro del Estado Civilcubano y su Reglamento. Determinar las congruenciase incongruencias que se producen entre estas normativasconstituye el objetivo fundamental del trabajo,que toma como referencia para su estudio el sistemaregistral español, basado en métodos científicos de lainvestigación como el análisis-síntesis, la inducción-deduccióny el derecho comparado. Como resultado, seobtiene un análisis pormenorizado de las reformas dela normativa registral que desvela que ciertos asuntosde relevancia tanto, para el desarrollo armónico de lasmodificaciones aprobadas, como, para conseguir unsistema jurídico más eficiente en esta área, quedaronpendientes. En este, a su vez, se relacionan un conjuntode propuestas encaminadas a mejorar el contenido dela Ley al pensar en clave de Registro Civil.
The Family Code Bill provides for the modification,among others, of the Cuban Civil Status Registry Lawand its Regulations.
