Se examina el lugar que ocupa la noción de Injusticia Argumentativa dentro de la familia de nociones ligadas al tema de la Injusticia Epistémica (injusticia discursiva, silenciamiento ilocucionario, explotación epistémica…), así como lo que la perspectiva de la Teoría de la Argumentación puede ofrecer al campo de estudios generado por dichos conceptos. Para ello, se propone una taxonomía de las nociones presentes en la literatura y se ubica en ella el concepto de Injusticia Argumentativa, y a continuación se explora el papel del factor argumentativo en el fenómeno global.
In this paper I examine the place of the notion of Argumentative Injustice within the family of notions linked to the theme of Epistemic Injustice (discursive injustice, illocutionary silencing, epistemic exploitation...), as well as what the perspective of the Theory of Argumentation can offer to the field of studies generated by these concepts. To this end, a taxonomy of the notions present in the literature is proposed and the concept of Argumentative Injustice is located in it, and then the role of the argumentative factor in the global phenomenon is explored.
