  El presente trabajo pretende ofrecer una aproximación al fenómeno, cada vez más frecuente, de la externalización parcial o total de procedimientos administrativos. Expondremos sus límites objetivos, haciendo un tratamiento separado de las distintas manifestaciones de externalización, y analizaremos la reciente jurisprudencia del Tribunal Supremo sobre la materia.

  This work aims to offer an approach to the increasingly frequent phenomenon of the partial or total outsourcing of administrative procedures. We will expose its objective limits, making a separate treatment of the different manifestations of outsourcing, and we will analyze the recent jurisprudence of the Supreme Court on the matter.
