En los últimos años, los delitos de agresión sexual han generado estupor en la sociedad, sentimiento que, junto a la crispación, se ha trasladado a la clase política, así como al legislador y a los operadores jurídicos. Las agresiones sexuales pueden cometerse no solo físicamente, sino también a través de medios telemáticos de diversa índole. Algunas de ellas afectan a un colectivo especialmente vulnerable: los/las menores y/o adolescentes. El presente trabajo pretende realizar una aproximación etiológica transversal hacia la realidad para tratar de comprender las causas de que actualmente cometan crímenes que atentan contra la sexualidad de los/las menores y/o adolescentes de diversas formas, entre ellas las perpetradas personas muy próximas a las víctimas, por miembros de instituciones religiosas de honda raigambre e incluso de forma grupal, en «Manada». Partiendo de una casuística reciente muy documentada, se analizan algunos estudios nacionales e internacionales sobre la fenomenología de las agresiones sexuales y de los bienes jurídicos tutelados, que han evolucionado con los tiempos. Asimismo, se realiza una exégesis de los bienes jurídicos que se lesionan cuando se producen agresiones sexuales contra menores y/o adolescentes en un contexto en el que la inme-diatez, la falta de reflexiones meditadas y la propia convulsión de nuestro tiempo e reflexiones desde varias ramas del saber
Sexual assaults constitute a series of crimes that clearly in recent years have caused great stupor in society, which has been extrapolated to the political class with great tension, to the legislator, and therefore to le-gal operators. Among sexual assaults, which can no longer only be committed physically, but also through telematic means of various kinds, there are those that are committed against minors and/or adolescents as a highly vulnerable group. The present work aims to carry out a transversal etiological approach to the reality of our time in order to understand what is happening currently to commit crimes that attack the sexuality of minors and/or adolescents in different ways, among which We find the one that is perpetrated by people very close to the victims, deeply rooted religious institutions and even with more recent media impact, in a group way, in «Manada». Starting from a well-documented recent casuistry, some national and international studies of the most authoritative doctrine on the phenomenology of sexual assaults are analyzed, which violate legal rights that have evolved over time. Likewise, an exegesis is carried out regarding the legal rights that are injured when sexual assaults against minors and/or adolescents occur in a context in which the im-mediacy, lack of calm and the turbulent times in which we live make it necessary that we contribute a series of reflections from various branches of knowledge
