  En el presente trabajo se realiza un análisis sobre el acuerdo provisional anunciado el pasado 7 de diciembre de 2023 que la Presidencia del Consejo y los representantes del Parlamento Europeo sobre la reforma del Estatuto del Tribunal de Justicia, cuyo propósito principal era mejorar el funcionamiento del Tribunal de Justicia de la UE en un contexto de aumento constante del número y complejidad de asuntos que se le someten.

  This paper analyzes the provisional agreement announced on December 7, 2023, by the Presidency of the Council and the representatives of the European Parliament regarding the reform of the Statute of the Court of Justice. The primary objective of this agreement is to enhance the functionality of the EU Court of Justice amidst a continual rise in the number and complexity of cases presented before it.
