La Sala Electoral del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, mediante sentencia N° 122, de fecha 30 de octubre de 2023, admite a trámite un recurso contencioso electoral con amparo cautelar y decreta medidas precautelativas; todo ello con fundamento en un documento ilegal por ser éste una certificación de mera relación y, además, fraudulento por la falsedad de su contenido.
