En este artículo se analiza, desde una perspectiva crítica, la trata de personas con fines de explotación sexual comouna amenaza constante para el respecto a los derechos humanos, la libertad y el derecho a la integridadfísica, psicológica, moral y sexualde niñas y mujeres en México. Es una investigación cualitativa de tipo descriptivo-documentaldonde se hace una reflexiónteórico-metodológica para el análisis de la situación actual de las víctimas de la explotación o comercio sexualsobre todo durante la pandemia del COVID-19. Se muestra que las mujeres y niñas son más propensas a la trataenfocándonos en los datos del INEGIe INMUJERES.Al final del trabajo, se exhibelos derechos universales e inherentes que condenan la trata de personas y otros delitos que violan el derecho a la libertad y la vida digna.
This critical article analyzes, from a perspective, human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation as a constant threat to respect for human rights, freedom,and the right to physical, psychological, moral,and sexual integrity of girls and women in Mexico. It is a qualitative descriptive-documentary research where a theoretical-methodological reflection is made for the analysis of the current situation of victims of sexual exploitation or trade, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is shown that women and children are more prone to trafficking, focusing on the data from INEGI and INMUJERES. At the end of the work, the universal and inherent rights that condemn human trafficking and other crimes that violate the right to freedom and dignified life are exhibited.
