This article presents a theoretical study and aims to investigate how interdisciplinarity has been used as a tool in the initial training of teachers in science teaching. This research brings a bibliographical study with a qualitative approach, the resultswere obtained through the analysis of previously selected articles, dissertations and theses, which addressed the theme of initial training of science teachers from an interdisciplinary perspective. After the analyses, it was possible to list two main proposals for interdisciplinary implementation. One is based on the insertion of the proposal for an interdisciplinary work in a discipline or between disciplines of the same course or between related courses, and the other discussing the insertion of interdisciplinarity within its curricular organization of a course for the initial training of teachers of sciences.
O presente artigo, apresenta um estudo teórico e tem por objetivo investigar de que maneira a interdisciplinaridade vem sendo utilizada como ferramenta na formação inicial de professores no ensino de ciências. Essa pesquisa traz um estudo bibliográfico com uma abordagem qualitativa, os resultados foram obtidos por meio da análise de artigos, dissertações e teses previamente já selecionados, que abordassem a temática formação inicial de professores de ciências numa perspectiva interdisciplinar. Após as análises, foi possível elencar duas principais propostas para efetivação interdisciplinar. Uma sendo a partir da inserção da proposta de um trabalho interdisciplinar em uma disciplina ou entre disciplinas de um mesmo curso ou entre cursos afins, e a outra discutindo a inserção da interdisciplinaridade dentro de sua organização curricular de um curso para a formação inicial de professores de ciências.
