La utilización de las nuevas tecnologías en la actividad judicial constituye una vía para alcanzar un proceso más rápido, sin dilaciones indebidas, y con ello impulsar el derecho a la tutela judicial efectiva. El objeto de este trabajo se dirige a dar cuenta de la evolución normativa en la materia, deteniéndome de una manera particular en la incorporación de la inteligencia artificial en la actividad judicial. Igualmente, teniendo en cuenta la aprobación del RDL 6/2023, este trabajo persigue recoger cómo se ven afectadas estas cuestiones en el texto referido.
The use of new technologies into judicial activity is a way to achieve a faster procedure and, in this way, promote the right to a public hearing in reasonable time as a part of the right to an effective remedy before a tribunal. The purpose of this paper is to give notice of the regulatory evolution in that matter, in particular, the star-up of artificial intelligence in the Courts’s activity. Also, taking into account the approval of some acts about digital efficiency and procedural efficiency, this paper aims to collect how these issues are affected in the referred texts.
