Dentro del mundo del arte y, singularmente, de la Arquitectura en Vigo, es más que conocido el edificio situado en el número 28 de la calle de Urzáiz, construido en 1913 por el conocido Jenaro de La Fuente por encargo de los dos hermanos Camilo y Benigno Fernández; pero en ningún momento se ha hablado, realmente, de estos dos personajes, excepto para señalar, sin más, que eran membros de familia rica e burguesa. Este articulo quiere dar a conocer algunos datos vitales y familiares de ellos y de sus des cendientes hasta el momento en el que éstos, ya fuera de Vigo, decidieron ir vendiendo la mayoría de sus pisos.
Within the world of art and, singularly, of architecture in Vigo, the building located at number 28 Urzáiz street, built in 1913 by the well-known Jenaro de La Fuente commissioned by the two brothers Camilo and Benigno Fernandez; but at no time has there really been talk of these two characters, except to point out, without further ado, that they were members of a wealthy and bourgeoísfamíly. This article wants to present sorne vital and family information about them and their descendants up to the moment in which they, already outside Vigo, decided to sell most of their apartments.
