Este trabajo recupera la perspectiva de la justicia racial desde los estudios afrolatinoamericanos para ahondar en la praxis pedagógica en derechos humanos desde la perspectiva de derechos de los pueblos al interior de los movimientos de migrantes del Africa subsahariana en Brasil y Argentina l. Desarrollamos la investigación desde perspectivas cualitativas, historia oral, las etnografías colaborativas y la investigación participante, miradas que nos permiten plantear los procesos de co investigación o co construcción de conocimientos junto a los propios sujetos que sufren las vulneraciones de derechos y que luchan por la justicia racial. Entre los resultados de la investigación podemos señalar la necesidad de asumir perspectivas interseccionales para comprender y explicar las opresiones, la necesidad también de asumir miradas que complejizan el abordaje respecto de los procesos pedagógicos para poder desarrollar iniciativas desde los propios movimientos y políticas públicas de acompañamiento o de restitución de derechos.
This work recovers the perspective of racial justice from Afro-Latin American studies to delve into the pedagogical praxis in human rights from the perspective of human rights and peoples, within the migrant movements of sub-Saharan Africa, in Brazil and Argentina. We develop the research from qualitative perspectives, oral history, collaborative ethnographies and participatory research, views that allow us to propose the processes of co-investigation or co-construction of knowledge together with the subjects themselves who suffer rights violations and who fight for justice. racial. Among the results of the research we can point out the need to assume intersectional perspectives to understand and explain oppressions, the need also to assume perspectives that make the approach to pedagogical processes more complex in order to develop initiatives from the movements themselves and accompanying public policies or restitution of rights.
