El artículo busca explicar, desde la lógica, las evidentes manipulaciones del silogismo judicial. La confusión terminológica entre sufragio y voto asambleario sólo aprovechará para la imposición de mecanismos no democráticos en la escogencia de órganos colegiados, de cara, a la elección de una Asamblea Nacional Constituyente. Se busca así, desde la lógica proposicional, encontrar una elucidación que ilustre a los sectores políticos para evitar caer en evidentes falacias de atinencia.
The article seeks to explain, from the logic, the obvious manipulations of the judicial syllogism. The terminological confusion between suffrage and the assembly vote will only be used for the imposition of non-democratic mechanisms in the selection of collegiate bodies, in the face of the election of a National Constituent Assembly.
