    El Capital Intelectual, puede ser definido desde diversas perspectivas, pero en general la mayoría de los autores coinciden en definirlo como un activo intangible que a pesar de no poder ser reflejado en las cuentas contables de la empresa u organización, genera un valor agregado a la misma, que puede ser aprovechado a futuro y la diferencia de las demás, e incluso puede incrementar su valor en el mercado.
