El trabajo que se presenta a continuación se realiza en base al estatuto y al reglamento de la CIJ: se desarrolla en cuatro partes (IV). En las dos primeras se analiza la competencia y jurisdicción de la Corte Internacional de Justicia; en el tercero, se aboca a revisar el procedimiento a seguir según ambos instrumentos, finalmente concluye con las alternativas que se le representa a la Parte Venezolana; así como los escenarios en el transcurso de este proceso que pone en riesgo nuestra integridad territorial, soberanía sobre el Esequibo y su fachada Atlántica
The work is carried out based on the statute and regulation of the CIJ: it is developed in four parts (IV). In the first two the competence and jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice is analyzed; in the third, it is about reviewing the procedure to follow according to both instruments, finally concludes with the alternatives that are represented to the Venezuelan Party; as well as the scenarios in the course of this process that puts our territorial integrity at risk, sovereignty over the Esequibo and its Atlantic façade
