El espectro factual hipotético (EFH) es una herramienta que nos proporciona la probática para ayudar a acreditar los hechos en el marco del procedimiento judicial. Para entender el alcance de dicha muy útil herramienta debemos explicar el concepto de hecho para la probática y la diferencia entre el hecho molar y el hecho molecular. El presente estudio pretende reivindicar el espectro factual hipotético (EHF) como herramienta ideada y desarrollada por parte del Prof. Muñoz Sabaté, padre de la probática.
The hypothetical factual spectrum (HFS) is a tool that forensic evidence provides us with to help prove facts in the framework of the judicial procedure. To understand the scope of such a very useful tool we must explain the concept of fact for forensic evidence and the difference between molar fact and molecular fact. The present study aims to vindicate the hypothetical factual spectrum (HFS) as a tool devised and developed by Prof. Muñoz Sabaté, the father of forensic evidence.
