Resumen de Auditoría de los estados financieros en el Motel Villa “Los Laureles” del municipio de Sancti Spíritus Cuba

  En el presente trabajo se realizó una Auditoría de Estados Financieros en el Motel Villa “Los Laureles”, aplicando el programa del MAC, la cual pertenece al Grupo Hotelero ISLAZUL, ubicada en la Carretera Central Km. 383, Sancti Spíritus. La misma comenzó su desarrollo el 9 de Enero del 2008 hasta el 31 de Marzo del 2008, auditando los documentos, registros, operaciones y los Estados Financieros correspondiente al último trimestre del cierre de año del 2007, lo que provoca que la información de la situación financiera, rendimiento financiero, flujo de efectivo y resultados de la gestión realizada por la dirección con los recursos que se le han confiado no presenten ninguna dificultad a la hora de ser examinados, controlados y evaluados.

  Para la realización del trabajo se tuvo en cuenta una serie de métodos y técnicas que se aplican en las Auditorías Financieras, así como el Decreto Ley No. 159 y las Resoluciones vigentes desarrolladas por la Delegación Provincial del MAC. Además se realizaron entrevistas, observación, encuestas, índices, revisión de documentos y registros contables.

  In the present Diploma Work a Financial States Audit was carried out in “Los Laureles” Motel, applying the MAC program, a motel that belongs to the ISLAZUL Hotel Group, located in the Central Highway at 383 Km, in Sancti Spíritus. This audit began it’s development on January 9, 2008 up to March 31, 2008, auditing the documents, registrations, operations and the Financial States corresponding to the last trimester of the last year, 2007, what causes that the information of the financial situation, financial yield, flow of effective money and results of the doings carried out by the administration with the resources that have been trusted do not present any difficulty when being examined, controlled and evaluated.

  For the making of this work it was kept in mind a serie of methods and technics that are applied in the Financial Audits, as well as the Law Decret No. 159 and the effective Resolutions developed by the Provincial Delegation of the MAC. There were also carried out interviews, observation guides, surveys, indexes, revision of documents and countable registrations.
