    Este artículo analiza la inconstitucional decisión adoptada por la Sala Electoral del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, anulando la elección del Gobernador del Estado Barinas y ordenando al Consejo Nacional Electoral a convocar una nueva elección indicándole fecha para ello.

    This article analyzes the unconstitutional decision issued by the Electoral Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, annulling the election of the Governor of the State of Barinas and ordering the National Electoral Council to call a new election indicating a date for it.
