La creatividad de los actores del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de la Historia y apreciación de las artes ha sido motivo de investigación doctoral por la importancia de revelar desde lo teórico y práctico las cualidades que distinguen a los profesores. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo exponer las principales ideas que tipifican la creatividad del profesor en el ejercicio de sus funciones. La metodología se sustenta en el análisis y crítica de fuentes, así como el enfoque de sistema y la modelación. Se concluye con la generalización teórica de los principales aspectos. La teoría que se presenta va direccionada a la función docente del profesor, integrada a la investigativa y de orientación, desde la unidad de la teoría y su explicación en los procesos prácticos que dirige el profesor.
The creativity of the actors in the teaching-learning process of History and Appreciation of the Arts has been the subject of doctoral research due to the importance of revealing from the theoretical and practical the qualities that distinguish teachers. The present work has as objective to expose the main ideas that typify the creativity of the teacher in the exercise of its functions. The methodology is based on the study and criticism of sources, as well as the system approach and modeling. It concludes with the theoretical generalization of the main aspects. The theory that is presented is addressed to the teaching function of the teacher, integrated into the research and orientation, from the unity of the theory and its explanation in the practical processes that the teacher directs.
