Presentamos un análisis político económico del periodo de 1991 a 2021 de la historia colombiana, al caracterizar la dinámica de la política monetaria, a fin de comprender el funcionamiento de la estructura socioeconómica a partir de los lineamientos de la superestructura política, lo cual brinda posibles respuestas sobre cómo avanzó la maniobra de la “política económica de confianza inversionista” frente al control de la inflación en el auge de los capitales externos. Al final se presentan unas breves conclusiones orientadas a sostener la permanencia del criterio de la soberanía monetaria.
We present a political-economic analysis of the 1991-2021 period in Colombian history, by characterizing the dynamics of monetary policy, to understand the way the socioeconomic structure functions with the guidelines of the political super-structure. We provide possible answers about how the maneuver of the investor confidence economic policy advanced against the control of inflation in the boom of foreign capital. In the end, some brief conclusions are presented aimed at sustaining the permanence of the criteria of monetary sovereignty.
