Se analiza en el presente trabajo los efectos que sobre la caducidad de un procedimiento – el de revisión de oficio- tiene el haber solicitado un dictamen al Consejo de Estado sin que tal petición conste en el expediente y sin que haya sido formalmente notificada a los interesados.
This paper analyzes the effects on the expiration of a procedure – that of ex officio review – of having requested an opinion from the Council of State without such request appearing in the file and without it having been formally notified. to those interested.
