En este artículo nos interesa reflexionar sobre la identidad de los pueblos de la provincia de Buenos Aires, acerca de cómo ha sido reconocida y construida colectivamente. Para ello, hemos estudiado los escudos de aquellos pueblos que emergieron a lo largo de las distintas líneas de frontera, agrupados de acuerdo con los años de fundación. Hemos diferenciado los elementos constitutivos que los identifican en su origen, entendiendo que tienen significados plurales que se expresan y representan a través de distintos componentes
In this article we are interested in reflecting on the identity of the peoples of the province of Buenos Aires, about how it has been recognized and built collectively. For this, we have studied the shields of those towns that emerged along the different border lines, grouped according to the years of foundation. We have differentiated the constitutive elements that identify them in their origin, understanding that they have plural meanings that are expressed and represented through different components.
