En fecha 8 de diciembre de 2022, la Sala Político Administrativa del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, a través de la sentencia Nº 821, formuló consideraciones sobre la naturaleza de los contratos de interés público nacional contemplados en la Constitución. Comentamos esa decisión y otras referidas al tema, así como la posición de la doctrina al respecto
On December 8, 2022, the Political-Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, through ruling No. 821, formulated considerations on the nature of national public interest contracts contemplated in the Constitution. We commented on that decision and others related to the subject, as well as the position of the doctrine in this regard.
