O presente estudo evidencia o fenômeno da Netiqueta, partindo da seguinte problemática: Qual a importância de uma boa comunicação nos ambientes virtuais, para o processo de ensino e aprendizagem? Como objetivo geral buscamos compreender como a Netiqueta contribui para uma boa comunicação entre professores e alunos da LEDOC/CAFS nos ambientes virtuais. Teoricamente recorremos aos postulados de Kenski (2013), Manuelito (2020), Madalena (2013), Oliveira (2012), dentre outros. A investigação caracteriza-se como sendo qualitativa do tipo descritiva, sendo utilizado o questionário eletrônico como instrumento de coleta de dados, respondido por 16 (dezesseis) participantes, através da plataforma Google Forms. Os resultados das análises dos dados demonstram que o tema em questão se afigura oportuno ao passo que aguça possibilidades de novas pesquisas, principalmente no contexto digital da atualidade. Partimos do pressuposto que este tema necessita ser discutido no âmbito dos cursos de graduação, sobremodo, no curso de Licenciatura em Educação do Campo, fato que ratifica a pertinência desta investigação com vistas a prover reflexões face às novas demandas referente à inserção de uma cultura digital no campo educacional.
The present study highlights the phenomenon of Netiquette, starting from the following problem: What is the importance of good communication in virtual environments for the teaching and learning process? As a general objective, we seek to understand how Netiquette contributes to good communication between teachers and students at LEDOC/CAFS in virtual environments. Theoretically, we resort to the postulates of Kenski (2013), Manuelito (2020), Madalena (2013), Oliveira (2012), among others. The investigationis characterized as being qualitative of the descriptive type, using the electronic questionnaire as a data collection instrument, which was answered by 16 (sixteen) participants, through the GoogleFormsplatform. The results of the analysis of the data demonstrate that the theme in question appears to be opportune while it sharpens possibilities for new research, mainly in the current digital context. We start from the assumption that this topic needs to be discussed within the scope of undergraduate courses, above all, in the Degree in Rural Education course, a fact that confirms the pertinence of this investigation with a view to providing reflections in the face of the new demands regarding the insertion of a digital culture in the educational field.
